Farewell whaea's

On the Friday we farewelled 2 beautiful wahine that had helped us in various parts of the school.

Alphina was a great helper in our Gardens to Tables initiative in our school where she helped us plant, grow and harvest vegetables in our school garden and went on to show us healthy ways we could use them for our dinners and lunches.

Tricia is our school nurse that worked on site fixing sore throats, doing our regular check ups and keeping in close contact with our parents to ensure our health was top notch before we came to school

Thank you so much for your aroha you showed us since you've been at Rowandale.

We were even treated to hear from our amazing PRIDE choir who sang us some funky waiata the we loved wriggling our bottoms to.
